Cucina Hong Kong marks its seventh consecutive year with a Forbes Travel Guide four-star rating with the launch of a new à la carte menu by Chef de Cuisine Andrea Delzanno. Available from 25 May, the updated offering continues the restaurant’s focus on refined Italian cuisine, set against panoramic views of Victoria Harbour.

The new menu introduces a selection of dishes that reflect both creativity and regional influence. Among the highlights is the seafood palette (HK$328), presented in the form of an artist’s palette and featuring a selection of scampi, pink shrimp, tuna, salmon, cuttlefish and Kaluga caviar.

Another notable addition is the southern-style risotto with whole Boston lobster (HK$888), combining a rich, creamy base with layered flavours and a subtle citrus freshness.
For dessert, “forest” (HK$128) draws inspiration from Piedmont, bringing together porcini gelato, meringue and chestnut mousse in a composition that is both visually distinctive and texturally balanced.

Alongside these new creations, the menu retains several of Cucina’s signature dishes. The mystic tartare (HK$308) highlights Fassona beef with hazelnuts and black truffle, while the grilled Mediterranean octopus (HK$318) reflects Southern Italian flavours. The strozzapreti with braised wagyu beef cheek (HK$358) continues to offer a more robust, Northern Italian expression.
The refreshed menu reflects Cucina’s ongoing commitment to quality and craftsmanship, maintaining a balance between innovation and its established favourites.
